What we collect and why
Only the e-mail address you type into the “Stay tuned” form, used to tell you about EVRPUP releases, including the Capsule 001 drop. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Who processes it
The form is handled by Formspree, Inc., which stores the address on our behalf as a processor.
How long
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
Nothing else
This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking pixels. Music players from Spotify or YouTube load only when you press play, and then those services' own privacy terms apply.
